Breastfeeding can take a toll on a mother’s posture, especially when nursing multiple times a day. Our Breastfeeding Posture & Pain Relief sessions are designed to reduce neck, shoulder, and back pain caused by prolonged and awkward feeding positions.

We educate mothers on ergonomic nursing positions, proper back support, and optimal arm placement to avoid muscular strain. We also teach stretching and strengthening techniques that maintain spinal alignment and reduce fatigue during nursing.

These sessions are especially beneficial for mothers recovering from C-sections or experiencing shoulder/neck tension from sleep deprivation and repetitive tasks. With small adjustments and professional guidance, pain can be prevented or significantly reduced.
